The aim of the Legal Clinic is to intervene in legal issues affecting people whose vulnerability hinders the autonomous exercise of their rights and access to justice.

Guided by this objective, the Clinic - in the form of a course proposed within the Law School (insert link: https://www.unimi.it/it/corsi/insegnamenti-de-di-laurea/2025/clinica-legale-diritti-umani-e-vulnerabilita-sociale) - involves students, legal practitioners and other civil society actors in a wide range of activities: listening and advice in legal offices, case studies and case law research, legal literacy sessions, to promote knowledge, awareness and effectiveness of rights.
