I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Legal Sciences "Cesare Beccaria" at the University of Milan, where I have been collaborating with the Legal Clinic since 2025.

In October 2024, I defended my doctoral thesis titled “Donne a processo: stereotipi di genere nel ragionamento giudiziale”, obtaining the title of Doctor Europaeus from the Department of Legal Sciences "Cesare Beccaria" at the University of Milan and Doctora Internacional from the Faculty of Law at the University of Granada, under the supervision of Professors Francesca Poggi (University of Milan) and Juana María Gil Ruiz (University of Granada).

In March 2019, I graduated with honours in Law from the University of Ferrara and obtained the Grado en Derecho from the University of Granada, defending a thesis entitled “La polisemia de la noción de vulnerabilidad reflejada en las sentencias del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea” (supervisor: Prof. Orsetta Giolo; co-supervisor: Prof. Augusto Aguilar Calahorro; co-supervisor: Prof. Cristiana Fioravanti). Due to the international nature of my degree program, I received recognition from the Ferrara School of Law. Since July 2021, I have been serving as a teaching assistant in Philosophy of Law and Sociology of Law at the University of Ferrara.

In February 2021, I defended a thesis titled “Juzgar con perspectiva de género: su aplicación por el Tribunal Supremo” (supervisor: Magistrado José Fernando Lousada Arochena), completing the Máster Universitario en Abogacía at the University of A Coruña with a grade of 9.42/10 and receiving the Premio Extraordinario de Máster Universitario. In June 2021, I obtained the qualification to practice as an “Abogada” (Ministry of Justice of Spain).
